Relaxing evening

I'm sitting on the living room recliner with my netbook on my lap, listening to the wind in the trees in the park behind our house. We had a little bit of rain this evening, not enough to thoroughly water the yard, but enough to add a bit of moisture to the air. My spouse has nodded off on the couch, as has the cat. I have half a glass of wine to my right and a science fiction novel to my left. It's almost enough to make me forget that I still have to go to work in the morning.

Hey Squeaky, I've been listening to your rambles on your podcast. Want to "refer" me to your paperback swap?
I'm not entering my blog as it is sadly neglected. Maybe a year now? I'm patternwhisperer on ravelry

Hi, Squeaky - I thought I'd drop a line to the woman responsible for the twenty or so pairs of socks that my friends and family are wearing. Your pattern is my favorite! I actually know it by heart and I have done different sizes simply by using a little math on the numbers.
I have just posted it on my blog, Fifty-two Pairs in 2011.
Thanks for sharing your knitting talent!
