Dreaming awake
Do you ever dream that you are awake and starting your day only to wake up for real later? I had two of those dreams this morning before I really got up. It's disorienting.

Hrrg I hate that. I hate it worse when you've got something you've got to do, and you do it in your dream. So when you wake up, and it comes time to do that thing, you think you've already done it.
(did that make sense?)
Sometimes I dream I have a big argument with someone, and wake up mad at them. Takes some effort to remember that I'm not. I hate that.
damn, I hate waking up for fake, sleep interupted is sleep interupted real or fake. Still loving those widdershins (I'm at knit 3 pair so far - all variations, to fit 4 year old girl, me and an adult male), see you have more posts on them which i must get to.

I do that all the time. Then when I really wake up, I am confused because I feel like I have to do everything over again.
Twice for me, different types of dreams, both BAD!
1. Nightmare that I 'woke up from', looked around the room to see all was well, until a few seconds later to see something worse than original nightmare. Took in big scared breath that caused me to choke/cough so hard I woke myself up, for real this time. Ran to hubby in living room, frantically asking him if I was really awake or not (he's used to my weirdo dreams LOL).
2. I dreamt I got up to go to the bathroom, sat on the potty, started going when I noticed my lower back was warm and felt wet! My eyes popped up as I jumped up from my nap. DARN! Went to toilet for real this time, stripping off my clothes and hunking them in the tub, did a quickie washcloth bath while standing up, dressed in house cleaning clothes, and scrubbed the heck out of where I was sleeping (thank goodness hubby was at work).
